Terms for using the NewWords encyclopedia, radar, and paid plans

These terms apply to NewWords (newwords.dev), including the public word pages, the signed-in radar, and paid plans. Using the site means you accept them.
NewWords publishes emerging terms and a keyword table for people who decide whether to build a page or a tool. Search volumes, trend labels, and decisions are estimates. They can be late, incomplete, or wrong. Do not treat them as investment, legal, or ranking guarantees.
Free accounts see a delayed table. Pro unlocks the same-day table and CSV export. Features that are not listed on the pricing page are not included.
You must give a working email and keep your login safe. We may suspend an account that abuses the radar, scrapes the site, or tries to bypass plan limits.
Word pages and radar rows are provided for your own research. Do not republish third-party research feeds that forbid public reuse. You keep rights to text you submit through the contact form; you give us a license to read it and reply.
Paid plans are billed by Creem unless we switch the active provider. Fees are in USD. You can cancel from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime checkout is not sold to new buyers.
The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost profits, missed SEO opportunities, or decisions you make from a radar row.
